On Saturday, February 9th hundreds gathered at Austin's East Side Lake to watch or take the Polar Bear Plunge, a very successful fundraising event that raised thousands of dollars toward cancer research at the Hormel Institute. I bundled up and rode the Raleigh down to shoot the following fun videos:
Recently I was inspired by Facebook and real friend Eric Beaver's "Get Your Fit" promotional site, which not only offers great health and nutritional tips but also encourages participants to find ways to exercise outside of the Gymnasium model.
Here I'm demonstrating a little workout fad I'll call "firewood gathering in 0 degrees".
